簡要規(guī)則描述：本次工作內容為上海市東方醫(yī)院本部醫(yī)院七層手術部醫(yī)生辦、值班、就餐、休息、會議室等區(qū)域，進行全部拆除，改造并擴建3間萬級手術室，以及配套醫(yī)護走廊、二次換鞋、緩沖、器械、污物通道、污物暫存等房間。八層設備層為手術室對應的空調機房，拆除和新建機房一間。本次共計改造面積為**0平方米。（具體工作內容，詳見招標工作量清單）
Brief Specification Description:The work involves the seventh-floor surgical department of the main building of Shanghai Oriental Hospital, including areas for doctors' offices, on-duty staff, dining, rest, and meeting rooms. The scope includes complete demolition, renovation, and expansion to create three Class **,**0 operating rooms, along with supporting medical corridors, secondary shoe-changing rooms, buffer rooms, instrument rooms, contaminated material passages, temporary contaminated material storage rooms, and other facilities. The eighth-floor equipment level, corresponding to the operating rooms, will have one demolition and newly constructed air-conditioning machine room. The total renovation area is **0 square meters.
