(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、根據(jù)《上海市政府采購(gòu)供應(yīng)商登記及誠(chéng)信管理辦法》已登記入庫(kù)的供應(yīng)商；4、其他資格要求：1）本項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。（殘疾人福利性單位、監(jiān)獄企業(yè)視同小型、微型企業(yè)。）如投標(biāo)人為中小企業(yè)，且滿(mǎn)足《政府采購(gòu)促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展管理辦法》（財(cái)庫(kù)[****]**號(hào)）規(guī)定條件的，必須提供《中小企業(yè)聲明函》；2）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包.
