Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves the maintenance of river facilities such as water and land cleaning, railings, revetments, greening, flood control channels, signage, and water ecological equipment in the town and village level rivers and other controlled water bodies (except for the Lingang New Area) within Zhuqiao Town.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力及相應(yīng)的履約能力；
（2）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的投標(biāo)人，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)；
（4）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標(biāo)時(shí)，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機(jī)構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動(dòng)并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機(jī)構(gòu)不得同時(shí)參與同一項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
