簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：采購人將所在櫻花路**8號(hào)的職工食堂用房及相關(guān)廚房設(shè)備、食堂桌椅及各類輔助設(shè)施委托給乙方進(jìn)行餐飲方面的經(jīng)營活動(dòng)，計(jì)劃供應(yīng)職工午餐及機(jī)關(guān)辦公室安排的各類臨時(shí)供餐任務(wù)，每天提供約正餐**0人次的餐飲服務(wù)（詳見招標(biāo)文件）。本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，按照月單價(jià)結(jié)算給原服務(wù)商至本年度新合同簽訂之前一個(gè)月的所有服務(wù)費(fèi)用。

合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽。首年合同服務(wù)期限擬自****年1月1日至****年**月**日止，以正式合同簽訂為準(zhǔn)。第二年和第三年合同根據(jù)上一年考核結(jié)果及財(cái)政預(yù)算批復(fù)情況決定合同是否續(xù)簽。
The Contract Period:This procurement is approved for a three-year term, with contracts executed on an annual basis. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3.1 本項(xiàng)目面向中小企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)）采購
3.2 未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3.3 本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)。
3.4 供應(yīng)商單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)或者未劃分標(biāo)段的同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)。為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 This project is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small and micro enterprises).
3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
3.3 This project does not accept Joint Bids.
3.4 If the unit leader is the same person or if there is a direct controlling or management relationship between different suppliers, they shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract;Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
