簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供行政輔助服務(wù)。主要內(nèi)容包括：（1）使用行政輔助力量配合開(kāi)展各類內(nèi)部輔助服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。（2）提供船艇駕駛服務(wù)，完成日常巡航船舶駕駛、應(yīng)急值守、協(xié)助執(zhí)法、船艇日常維護(hù)等日常服務(wù)。（3）配合采購(gòu)人生態(tài)環(huán)境執(zhí)法領(lǐng)域船舶駕駛、內(nèi)部輔助管理服務(wù)事項(xiàng)。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project selects a qualified supplier to provide administrative auxiliary services through an open tender process. The main contents include: (1) Utilizing administrative auxiliary resources to support various internal auxiliary service tasks. (2) Offering vessel navigation services, including daily patrol vessel operations, emergency duty shifts, law enforcement assistance, and routine vessel maintenance. (3) Assisting the purchaser in vessel navigation and internal auxiliary management services within the ecological and environmental law enforcement domain. (For specific details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
合同履約期限：本次采購(gòu)工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，按照月單價(jià)結(jié)算給原服務(wù)商至本年度新合同簽訂之前一個(gè)月的所有服務(wù)費(fèi)用。本項(xiàng)目一次采購(gòu)三年有效，合同一年一簽。首年合同服務(wù)期限擬自****年1月1日至****年**月**日止，以正式合同簽訂為準(zhǔn)。第二年和第三年合同根據(jù)上一年考核結(jié)果及財(cái)政預(yù)算批復(fù)情況決定合同是否續(xù)簽。
The Contract Period:Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. If the winning bidder is not the original service unit, the service fees incurred during this period will be settled to the original service provider at a monthly unit price for all service fees up to one month before the signing of the new contract for this year. This project is valid for three years with a one-time procurement, and the contract is signed once a year. The first year contract service period is proposed to be from January 1, **** to December **, ****, subject to the formal contract signing. The second and third year contracts will be renewed based on the assessment results of the previous year and the approval of the financial budget.
