簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為推動(dòng)低空政務(wù)綜合監(jiān)管數(shù)字化實(shí)戰(zhàn)應(yīng)用，本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開招標(biāo)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，提供綜合執(zhí)法無人機(jī)智能監(jiān)管工作輔助服務(wù)。主要服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括利用無人機(jī)對(duì)浦東新區(qū)區(qū)域進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)或區(qū)域常態(tài)化數(shù)據(jù)采集、督查巡檢和機(jī)動(dòng)飛行，實(shí)現(xiàn)低空政務(wù)無人機(jī)高空巡查輔助、智能預(yù)警等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main service content includes using drones to conduct fixed-point or regional normalized data collection, supervision and inspection, and mobile flight in Pudong New Area, realizing low altitude government unmanned aerial vehicle high-altitude patrol assistance, intelligent early warning, etc. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為1年，日期為****年1月1日至****年**月**日。（本次采購工作完成前由臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給臨時(shí)服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用。）
The Contract Period:The budgeted service period for this project is one year, from January 1, ****, to December **, ****. （4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must have a valid Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operation Certificate issued by the civil aviation management department; (4) This project does not allow subcontracting.
