簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目為康橋鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村公路綜合養(yǎng)護(hù)項(xiàng)目，服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括但不僅限于康橋鎮(zhèn)**條農(nóng)村公路的路基、路面、橋梁、人行道板、護(hù)欄、雨水排水設(shè)施、綠化、附屬設(shè)施以及道路等的清掃保潔、經(jīng)常性保養(yǎng)和修補(bǔ)其輕微損壞部分等；協(xié)同采購人及其它相關(guān)部門迅速處置應(yīng)急事件，制定相應(yīng)的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，除發(fā)生不可抗力事件，其它任何情況下必須保持相關(guān)設(shè)施處于良好的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，實(shí)現(xiàn)管養(yǎng)路段各類設(shè)施安全良好、規(guī)范齊全、通（運(yùn)）行狀況良好。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project is a comprehensive maintenance project of rural roads in Kangqiao Town, and its services include but are not limited to the cleaning, regular maintenance and repair of subgrade, pavement, bridges, sidewalk boards, guardrails, rainwater drainage facilities, greening, ancillary facilities and roads of ** rural roads in Kangqiao Town. Cooperate with the purchaser and other relevant departments to quickly deal with emergency events and formulate corresponding emergency plans. Except for force majeure events, the relevant facilities must be kept in good technical condition under any other circumstances, so as to achieve good safety, complete specifications and good traffic (transportation) conditions of all kinds of facilities in the managed and maintained sections. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
