簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：對(duì)公共區(qū)域、外立面及門(mén)窗、衛(wèi)生間等進(jìn)行局部改造；底層增設(shè)微型消防站、助餐點(diǎn)、日間照料室、辦事大廳、辦公室等；二樓重新隔斷，做小會(huì)議室、綜合功能室等；三樓拆除原有隔斷增設(shè)多功能會(huì)議室；屋頂及天溝鏟除重做等；并對(duì)院內(nèi)場(chǎng)地加鋪瀝青、增設(shè)不銹鋼電動(dòng)移門(mén)，增設(shè)照明。
Brief Specification Description:Partial renovations will be carried out on public areas, building exteriors, windows and doors, restrooms, etc. A mini fire station, meal assistance point, daytime care room, service hall, and office will be added to the ground floor. The second floor will be re-partitioned to create small meeting rooms and multi-functional rooms. The third floor will have its original partitions removed to add a multi-functional meeting room. The roof and gutters will be stripped and redone. Additionally, asphalt will be laid on the courtyard area, stainless steel electric sliding doors will be added, and lighting will be installed.
