簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為完善曹路鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域城市綜合治理工作，加強街面市容環(huán)境和城市秩序的監(jiān)管，保持整潔、有序、良好狀態(tài)，擬通過公開采購的方式，選取一家專業(yè)的第三方單位提供曹路鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村區(qū)域內(nèi)特保服務(wù)。本項目主要內(nèi)容為曹路鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村區(qū)域內(nèi)城市綜合管理問題的發(fā)現(xiàn)、上報、處置、核查及配合相關(guān)執(zhí)法隊伍開展聯(lián)合處置等工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to improve the comprehensive urban governance of Caolu Town, strengthen the supervision of street appearance and urban order, maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and good condition, it is proposed to select a professional third-party unit through public procurement to provide special protection services for rural areas in Caolu Town. The main content of this project is to discover, report, handle, verify and cooperate with relevant law enforcement teams to carry out joint disposal of urban comprehensive management issues in the rural areas of Caolu Town. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

（4）具備公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
