東非原油外輸管道EPC項(xiàng)目起點(diǎn)于烏干達(dá)TilengaCPF（聯(lián)絡(luò)線(xiàn)起點(diǎn)），止于坦桑尼亞Tanga港，總長(zhǎng)****km，其中：干線(xiàn)****km，聯(lián)絡(luò)線(xiàn)**km。烏干達(dá)境內(nèi)**2km，坦桑尼亞境內(nèi)****km；全線(xiàn)泵站6座，減壓站2座，閥室**座，電伴熱站**座（與閥室合建**座，單獨(dú)建設(shè)3座）。該項(xiàng)目業(yè)主為道達(dá)爾勘探開(kāi)發(fā)公司（上游，聯(lián)絡(luò)線(xiàn)部分）與道達(dá)爾東非中游公司。計(jì)劃工期為**個(gè)月。

3.2投標(biāo)人須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，在法律和財(cái)務(wù)上獨(dú)立、合法運(yùn)作并獨(dú)立于招標(biāo)人（招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)）的制造商，不允許代理商參與投標(biāo)。
