簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為了進(jìn)一步改善市容市貌，提高社區(qū)居民市容滿意度，確保城鎮(zhèn)管理的和諧、穩(wěn)定有序，實現(xiàn)良好的社會治理效果。擬通過政府購買第三方服務(wù)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商參與高東鎮(zhèn)市容環(huán)境、街面秩序管理，充分發(fā)揮其在城市管理、無五違巡查、各類專項等工作中的輔助支持作用。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to further improve the city's appearance, enhance the satisfaction of community residents with the city's appearance, ensure the harmony, stability, and orderliness of urban management, and achieve good social governance effects. We plan to select a qualified supplier to participate in the management of Gaodong Town's urban environment and street order through the government's purchase of third-party services, fully leveraging its auxiliary support role in urban management, non violation inspections, and various special projects. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

（4）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
