簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：在開展交通、市容等各類專項(xiàng)整治，打擊各類交通違法行為的行動(dòng)中，存在部門暫扣車輛需進(jìn)行臨時(shí)停放。故通過公開采購的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供專項(xiàng)整治執(zhí)法過程中暫扣車輛的停放及相關(guān)停車場配套服務(wù)。非法營運(yùn)車輛（黑車、克隆車）、違法渣土車輛、公路超限車輛、交通運(yùn)政方面違法車輛（省際班車、普貨或集裝箱車輛等）等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In carrying out various special campaigns to rectify traffic, urban appearance, and crack down on traffic violations, some departments have temporarily detained vehicles for temporary parking. Therefore, through public procurement, a qualified supplier will be selected to provide parking and related parking lot support services for vehicles temporarily detained during the special rectification and law enforcement process. Illegal operating vehicles (black cars, clone cars), illegal dump trucks, highway over limit vehicles, illegal vehicles in transportation and administration (inter provincial shuttle buses, general cargo or container vehicles, etc.), etc. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：本次預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為****年度，本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用。本項(xiàng)目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽。第二年和第三年合同根據(jù)上一年考核結(jié)果及財(cái)政預(yù)算批復(fù)情況決定合同是否續(xù)簽。
The Contract Period:The service period of this budget is for the year ****. Before the completion of this procurement, the original service provider will continue to provide services. If the successful bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees incurred during this period will be paid by the successful bidder to the original service provider at the winning bid price after the completion of the project procurement. This project is valid for three years with one-year contracts. The renewal of the second and third-year contracts will be determined based on the assessment results of the previous year and the approval of the fiscal budget.
