3.2具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
3.3擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not included in the list of people executed for breach of trust on the Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties to major tax violation cases and serious violations of trust in government procurement of the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) Record list [subject to the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for submission of the first response document of the inquiry]. 3.2 Have the qualification of level 3 or above for general contracting of construction projects, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager has the qualification of a registered construction engineer at the level of construction engineering major or above, has a valid certificate of production safety assessment, and has not served as the project manager of other construction projects under construction.
