1、根據(jù)上海市財政局《關(guān)于上海市政府采購信息管理平臺招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)正式運行的通知》（滬財采[****]**號）的規(guī)定，本項目招投標(biāo)相關(guān)活動在電子采購平臺（網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）電子招投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行。響應(yīng)人應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。響應(yīng)人在電子采購平臺的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照電子采購平臺中的“在線服務(wù)”專欄的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。
2、響應(yīng)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)截止時間前盡早加密上傳響應(yīng)文件，電話通知采購人進(jìn)行簽收，并及時查看采購人在電子采購平臺上的簽收情況，打印簽收回執(zhí)，以免因臨近投標(biāo)截止時間上傳造成采購人無法完成簽收的情形。未簽收的響應(yīng)文件視為投標(biāo)未完成。
