簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為全面貫徹落實(shí)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶生態(tài)環(huán)境突出問(wèn)題整改工作要求，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)臨港新片區(qū)生活垃圾收集、清運(yùn)、中轉(zhuǎn)、處置過(guò)程監(jiān)管。嚴(yán)格按照滬容監(jiān)[****]1號(hào)文件的相關(guān)要求，規(guī)范垃圾殘液和車(chē)輛、設(shè)備、場(chǎng)地的沖洗水處置，全面提升臨港新片區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量和生態(tài)環(huán)境管理水平。預(yù)估每天清運(yùn)**噸廢水。
Brief Specification Description:To fully implement the rectification work requirements for prominent ecological and environmental problems in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and further strengthen the supervision of the collection, transportation, transfer, and disposal process of domestic waste in the Lingang New Area. Strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Shanghai Rongjian [****] No. 1 document, standardize the disposal of waste residue and flushing water for vehicles, equipment, and venues, and comprehensively improve the ecological environment quality and ecological environment management level of the Lingang New Area. It is estimated that ** tons of wastewater will be cleared and transported every day.

(3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
（4）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
