簡要規(guī)則描述：為滿足老年人特別是高齡、獨居、空巢和生活不能自理等老年群體助餐服務(wù)需求，本包件擬通過公開采購的方式，擇優(yōu)選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，為合慶鎮(zhèn)的老年人提供訂餐、就餐、送餐便捷服務(wù)，增強老年人的居家幸福感。本包件服務(wù)范圍為：南片地區(qū)（高科東路以南）。參加本次響應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商，可對一個包件進行響應(yīng)，也可對多個包件同時進行響應(yīng)，但每個供應(yīng)商只能成交一個包件。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:In order to meet the needs of elderly people, especially those who are elderly, living alone, empty nest, and unable to take care of themselves, for meal assistance services, this package intends to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to provide convenient ordering, dining, and delivery services for the elderly in Heqing Town, enhancing their sense of home happiness. The service scope of this package is the southern region (south of Gaoke East Road). Suppliers participating in this response can respond to one package or multiple packages simultaneously, but each supplier can only complete one package. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. （4）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must have a valid Food Business License and cover business projects that match the contracted content; (4) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
