(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加招標(biāo)活動(dòng)）；
（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（5）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of the People's Republic of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own names for this project);(4) Possess the qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of construction engineering works;(5) Have a valid Work Safety License (within the validity period);(6) The project manager to be appointed by the bidder shall hold the practicing qualification of a registered constructor of Grade II (or above) in the major of construction engineering, and possess a valid certificate of passing the work safety assessment;(7) Suppliers with the same legal person or different suppliers with direct holding or management relations shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that have provided overall design, specification compilation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services
