簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本包件為黎明填埋場(chǎng)封場(chǎng)管理養(yǎng)護(hù)，主要工作內(nèi)容為黎明垃圾填埋場(chǎng)（一期）及黎明垃圾填埋場(chǎng)（二期）封場(chǎng)后，提供日常養(yǎng)護(hù)管理服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目共設(shè)2個(gè)包件，同一投標(biāo)人可對(duì)一個(gè)包件進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，也可對(duì)多個(gè)包件同時(shí)進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，同一投標(biāo)人允許最多中標(biāo)1個(gè)包件。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package is for the closure management and maintenance of Liming Landfill. The main work content is to provide daily maintenance and management services after the closure of Liming Landfill (Phase I) and Liming Landfill (Phase II). There are 2 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win the bid for up to 1 package.

簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本包件為黎明填埋場(chǎng)日常環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)，根據(jù)排污許可證環(huán)境管理要求，按計(jì)劃開展黎明填埋場(chǎng)****年度自行監(jiān)測(cè)工作，現(xiàn)委托第三方檢測(cè)單位開展廢氣、廢水、雨水監(jiān)測(cè)及廠界環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)等工作。本項(xiàng)目共設(shè)2個(gè)包件，同一投標(biāo)人可對(duì)一個(gè)包件進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，也可對(duì)多個(gè)包件同時(shí)進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，同一投標(biāo)人允許最多中標(biāo)1個(gè)包件。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package is for daily environmental monitoring of Liming Landfill. According to the environmental management requirements of the pollution discharge permit, Liming Landfill will carry out self-monitoring work in **** as planned. A third-party testing unit is now entrusted to carry out waste gas, wastewater, rainwater monitoring and factory boundary environmental monitoring. There are 2 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win the bid for up to 1 package.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂后的下一個(gè)自然月起計(jì)一年。
The Contract Period:One year shall be counted from the next calendar month after the contract is signed.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprise procurement, and no price discount will be implemented by small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）包件2的投標(biāo)人須具有檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書（CMA）；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
