Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package is for the closure management and maintenance of Liming Landfill. The main work content is to provide daily maintenance and management services after the closure of Liming Landfill (Phase I) and Liming Landfill (Phase II). There are 2 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win the bid for up to 1 package.

簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本包件為黎明填埋場日常環(huán)境監(jiān)測，根據(jù)排污許可證環(huán)境管理要求，按計劃開展黎明填埋場****年度自行監(jiān)測工作，現(xiàn)委托第三方檢測單位開展廢氣、廢水、雨水監(jiān)測及廠界環(huán)境監(jiān)測等工作。本項目共設(shè)2個包件，同一投標人可對一個包件進行投標，也可對多個包件同時進行投標，同一投標人允許最多中標1個包件。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package is for daily environmental monitoring of Liming Landfill. According to the environmental management requirements of the pollution discharge permit, Liming Landfill will carry out self-monitoring work in **** as planned. A third-party testing unit is now entrusted to carry out waste gas, wastewater, rainwater monitoring and factory boundary environmental monitoring. There are 2 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win the bid for up to 1 package.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂后的下一個自然月起計一年。
The Contract Period:One year shall be counted from the next calendar month after the contract is signed.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprise procurement, and no price discount will be implemented by small and medium-sized enterprises during the review. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）包件2的投標人須具有檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認定證書（CMA）；
（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
