(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、已在上海市政府采購網(wǎng)登記入庫的供應商，必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書）；4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；5、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；6、施工現(xiàn)場項目管理機構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：*園林項目負責人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱及以上）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級及以上園林綠化工(班組負責人)1人。說明：1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復雜的項目，供應商可根據(jù)項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎上適當增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責人電子信息卡，且無在建項目記錄；7、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；8、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體響應。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The personnel allocation requirements for the construction site project management organization are as follows: 1 landscaping project leader (intermediate professional title or above in landscaping), 1 safety officer, 1 quality officer, 1 material officer, and 1 intermediate or above landscaping green chemical (team leader).
