簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為提升東明路街道全域的精細(xì)化管理水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)市容環(huán)境管理全覆蓋，東明路街道擬通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式擇優(yōu)選取一家供應(yīng)商提供對(duì)街道道路紅線外失管失養(yǎng)區(qū)域的保潔、日常檢查和巡視工作，總面積約****7.**平方米。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:To enhance the refined management level across the Dongming Road Subdistrict and achieve comprehensive urban environment management, the subdistrict plans to select a preferred supplier through competitive consultation to provide cleaning, daily inspections, and patrols for the unmanaged and neglected areas outside the road redlines, covering a total area of approximately **,**7.** square meters. (For details, refer to Chapter 3: Procurement Requirements.)
合同履約期限：****年度，本次采購(gòu)工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)?fù)瓿珊笥沙山还?yīng)商按成交價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費(fèi)用按成交總價(jià)/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。
The Contract Period:In ****, the original service unit will continue to provide services until the completion of this procurement work. The related expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by **5 * the number of service days provided by the original unit.
