（3）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱。
（4）提供依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金、近三年沒有重大違法記錄的書面聲明；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) A valid business license should be held; (2) The personnel to be dispatched by the construction site project management agency shall meet the construction equipment requirements of Shanghai's landscaping construction projects; (3) The proposed project leader must have an intermediate professional title or above in gardening. (4) Provide a written statement stating that taxes and social security funds are paid in accordance with the law and that there are no major illegal records in the past three years.
