2、施工單位：具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)或建筑裝修裝飾工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
3、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
4、設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人須具有二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建筑師資格；施工負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（提供《響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》放于響應(yīng)文件中，通過(guò)上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn查詢、打印，加蓋單位公章，首次響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前 7天內(nèi)打印有效）；
5、本次采購(gòu)接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。當(dāng)聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)時(shí)，須由施工單位擔(dān)任牽頭人，項(xiàng)目總負(fù)責(zé)人必須是聯(lián)合體牽頭單位人員。聯(lián)合體成員單位總數(shù)應(yīng)在兩個(gè)及以下。其中設(shè)計(jì)單位不得超過(guò)1家，施工單位不得超過(guò)1家。
