簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：9號(hào)線曹路站綠化帶改建非機(jī)動(dòng)車停車場(chǎng)工程，項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容是9號(hào)線曹路站1號(hào)口、5號(hào)口北側(cè)林下空間（共約****平方米）及長(zhǎng)征醫(yī)院南門西側(cè)綠化帶共3個(gè)點(diǎn)位進(jìn)行改造，建成后預(yù)計(jì)總共可停放約****輛非機(jī)動(dòng)車和**0輛共享單車，基本解決9號(hào)線曹路站周邊非機(jī)動(dòng)車停放問(wèn)題。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:The project of transforming the green belts into non-motorized vehicle parking lots at Cao Lu Station of Line 9 mainly involves the renovation of three sites: the forested areas under the trees on the north side of Exit 1 and Exit 5 (approximately 5,**0 square meters in total) and the green belt on the west side of the south gate of Changzheng Hospital. After completion, it is expected that about 1,**0 non-motorized vehicles and **0 shared bikes can be parked, which will basically solve the problem of non-motorized vehicle parking around Cao Lu Station of Line 9. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities.)

（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）Have Grade 3 or above qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in municipal public works. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
