1、根據(jù)上海市財政局《關(guān)于上海市政府采購云平臺第三批單位上線運行的通知》的規(guī)定，本項目采購相關(guān)活動在由市財政局建設(shè)和維護的上海市政府采購云平臺（簡稱：采購云平臺，門戶網(wǎng)站：上海政府采購網(wǎng)，網(wǎng)址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）進行。供應(yīng)商應(yīng)根據(jù)《上海市電子政府采購管理暫行辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求執(zhí)行。供應(yīng)商在采購云平臺的有關(guān)操作方法可以參照采購云平臺中的“操作須知”專欄的有關(guān)內(nèi)容和操作要求辦理。2、采購云平臺在使用過程中如遇到問題可撥打服務(wù)電話****3進行咨詢。3、投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)截止時間前盡早加密上傳投標(biāo)文件，以免因臨近投標(biāo)截止時間上傳造成項目聯(lián)系人無法在開標(biāo)前完成簽收的情形。未簽收的投標(biāo)文件視為響應(yīng)未完成。
