Brief Specification Description:To better balance development and security, effectively prevent conflicts and disputes, safeguard public rights and interests, reduce safety risks, maintain social stability, and ensure the smooth advancement of land acquisition for major and key projects, third-party services are procured to provide protective construction security services, such as order maintenance during land acquisition. Preliminary estimates indicate approximately ** such projects for clearance and relocation bases in the next two years.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
