（4）具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
（5）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）投標(biāo)人擬派項目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
