簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：負(fù)責(zé)臨港新片區(qū)萬(wàn)祥消防救援站新建工程代建服務(wù)工作，包括但不限于從管理合同生效開始，工程施工及保修期間的項(xiàng)目管理工作。負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的全過(guò)程實(shí)施策劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、管理，并進(jìn)行有效的目標(biāo)控制，包括投資控制、進(jìn)度和計(jì)劃管理、質(zhì)量管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全文明施工管理、發(fā)包與采購(gòu)管理、合同管理、配合采購(gòu)人檔案編制、財(cái)務(wù)管理等；負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一組織、協(xié)調(diào)和管理項(xiàng)目各參建單位的活動(dòng)，協(xié)調(diào)、處理與項(xiàng)目有關(guān)各方的利益沖突和各項(xiàng)具體工作；代理采購(gòu)人辦理交辦相關(guān)手續(xù)，履行必要的簽字確認(rèn)手續(xù)等。
Brief Specification Description:Responsible for providing construction agency services for the newly built Wanxiang Fire and Rescue Station in the Lingang New Area, including, but not limited to, project management during the construction and warranty periods, commencing upon the effectiveness of the management contract.

（2）未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（3）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
