簡要規(guī)則描述：為解決由群租而引發(fā)的公共安全事件、消防安全事件、鄰里糾紛等諸多問題，為了還老百姓們一個舒適安全的生活、居住環(huán)境，以大大降低****5工單的重復性和不滿意率，本項目擬通過公開競爭性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應商對三林鎮(zhèn)群租房開展全面整治行動，同時對于居委在啟動聯(lián)勤聯(lián)動后仍無法處置的****5涉及群租的工單開展集中整治，并要求配備專業(yè)車輛清運整治過程中產生的高低床等物資。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
