簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為了保持三林鎮(zhèn)三林老街核心區(qū)域內(nèi)整治效果，提升管理區(qū)域安全系數(shù)，防范因人員侵占空地、跨店經(jīng)營引起的規(guī)劃外支出，亂停車等現(xiàn)象，切實維護地塊范圍內(nèi)的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、停車秩序，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、制止和糾正違章搭建、亂設(shè)攤、亂晾曬、亂堆物、排放污染物、亂停車等行為，確保三林老街的環(huán)境整潔與有序經(jīng)營、車輛規(guī)范停放。本項目擬通過公開招標(biāo)的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商為采購人提供三林老街區(qū)域停車管理與日常巡查(****)服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to maintain the renovation effect in the core area of Sanlin Old Street in Sanlin Town, improve the safety factor of the management area, prevent unplanned expenditures and disorderly parking caused by people occupying open spaces and cross-store operations, effectively maintain the environmental sanitation and parking order within the land area, and timely discover, stop and correct illegal construction, disorderly setting up stalls, disorderly drying, littering, discharging pollutants and disorderly parking, so as to ensure the clean and orderly operation of Sanlin Old Street and standardized parking of vehicles. This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide parking management and daily inspection (****) services for the purchaser in Sanlin Old Street area. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
