4）扶持中小企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)政策：落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)，中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。
5）本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。
