簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：浦東新區(qū)視頻會議系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)，主會場設(shè)在新區(qū)辦公中心，各分會場覆蓋到全區(qū)各集中辦公中心，各街鎮(zhèn)和各開發(fā)區(qū)管委會。上海浦東辦公中心的**0會議室和**0會議室作為重要會議場所，其內(nèi)部的會議系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行對于各類會議的順利開展至關(guān)重要。為確保整個會議系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)高效運(yùn)行，本項目擬通過公開的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商對高清視頻會議系統(tǒng)及會議室內(nèi)本地設(shè)備提供全面的運(yùn)行維護(hù)服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:At present, the main venue of the video conference system in Pudong New Area is located in the office center of the new area, and the sub-venues cover all centralized office centers, towns and development zone management committees in the whole area. Meeting rooms **0 and **0 in Shanghai Pudong Office Center are important meeting places, and the stable operation of the internal conference system equipment is very important for the smooth development of various meetings. In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the whole conference system, this project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the high-definition video conference system and local equipment in the conference room through public means. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements).
合同履約期限：本項目服務(wù)期限為自合同簽訂之日起一年。
