Small and medium-sized enterprises should provide the "Small and Medium sized Enterprise Declaration Letter" as required. 3. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn). 4. When a branch of a legal entity participates in the procurement activities of this project in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification documents registered in accordance with the law and an authorization letter issued by the legal entity to assume full direct responsibility for the procurement activities of this project; Natural person provide documents.5、Don't allowed subcontracting.
