簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：招標人擬選取一家合格的投標人為****年金融行業(yè)管理與協(xié)調(diào)項目提供服務，主要工作內(nèi)容包括協(xié)助開展金融招商工作、協(xié)助開展金融服務地方經(jīng)濟工作、協(xié)助開展企業(yè)上市服務工作、協(xié)助開展金融風險防范工作、金融信息化系統(tǒng)管理工作等。服務期限：****年**月**日至 ****年**月**日。根據(jù)本項目服務工作不能中斷的實際情況，經(jīng)采購人決定，在本次采購工作完成且中標人正式承接服務前由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行服務，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務費用，待項目采購完成后且中標方收到第一筆合同款后7天內(nèi)，由中標方按實際發(fā)生費用（須經(jīng)采購人確認）支付給原服務單位。

The main job contents include assisting in financial investment promotion, assisting in financial services for the local economy, assisting in enterprise listing services, assisting in financial risk prevention, and financial information system management, etc. Service period: From January 1, **** to December **, ****. In light of the actual situation that the service work of this project cannot be interrupted, upon the decision of the purchaser, the original service provider shall continue to perform the service until the completion of this procurement work and the winning bidder officially takes over the service. The service fees incurred during this period shall be paid within 7 days after the completion of the project procurement and the winning bidder receives the first contract payment. The winning bidder shall pay the actual incurred expenses
