簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過公開采購的方式，選擇一家合格的供應商承擔臨港新片區(qū)XXCY-**單元A**-**地塊萬祥鎮(zhèn)養(yǎng)老院項目的建設(shè)管理服務工作。工程位于臨港新片區(qū)萬祥鎮(zhèn)A**-** 地塊，東至韻高路、南至新成港、西至泐影路、北至A**-** 地塊。規(guī)劃用地面積約****.** 平方米（以最終實測為準），項目新建總建筑面積****9.0 平方米，其中地上建筑面積****.0 平方米,地下建筑面積****.0 平方米。
Brief Specification Description:This project aims to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to undertake the construction management service of the Wanxiang Town Nursing Home Project in the XX-** unit of the Lingang New Area. The project is located in the A**-** plot of Wanxiang Town in the Lingang Area, with Yungao Road to the east, Xincheng Port to the south, Leying Road to the west, and A**-** plot to north. The planned land area is approximately 6,**1.** square meters (subject to the final measured results), and the total construction area of the new is **,**9.0 square meters, including 9,**9.0 square meters of above-ground construction area and 4,**0.0 square meters of underground construction area.
