(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本次采購需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得上海市電子簽名認證證書（CA認證證書），根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商登記及誠信管理（暫行）辦法》，為已在上海市政府采購網(wǎng)登記入庫的供應(yīng)商；4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕** 號）第 ** 條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；5、本項目專門面向中、小、微型企業(yè)采購；6、須具有有效的《食品經(jīng)營許可證》，經(jīng)營項目須涵蓋本項目內(nèi)容；7、同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標人，不得參加同一合同項目下的政府采購活動；8、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:4.
