Brief Specification Description:Assist in conducting relief surveys within the jurisdiction, publicizing community affairs, sorting out account books and materials, as well as handling other emergent, temporary and auxiliary tasks. (For detailed requirements, please refer to the procurement needs specified in the procurement documents.)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Mandatory energy-saving product procurement policy: Mandatorily procure the items marked with "★" in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
Energy-saving encouragement policy: Under the same conditions of technical, service and other indicators, give priority to procuring products included in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
Environmental protection encouragement policy: Under the same conditions of performance, technical, service and other indicators, give priority to procuring products included in the environmental protection product list published by the state.
Policies for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promoting employment of persons with disabilities: Implement the measure of reserving procurement quotas, increase the share of SMEs in government procurement, and support the development of SMEs. This project is specially open for procurement by SMEs; during the evaluation, no price discount preference shall be applied
