3、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
4、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
5、業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
6、其他要求：無(wú)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. It must be a legal entity established within China;
2. It must have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering;
3. It must hold a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
4. The project leader to be dispatched must have a registered construction engineer qualification in building engineering at level two or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
5. Performance requirements: None;
6. Other requirements: None.
