Brief Specification Description:The preliminary investigation of the site environment mainly refers to the "Technical Guidelines for Investigation of Soil Pollution Status in Construction Land" (HJ **.1-****), "Technical Guidelines for Risk Control and Remediation Monitoring of Soil Pollution in Construction Land" (HJ **.2-****), "Technical Guidelines for Investigation and Assessment of Soil Environment in Construction Land" (formerly Ministry of Environmental Protection Announcement No. ** of ****), and "Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation of Construction Land Blocks in Shanghai (Trial)" (Hu Huan Tu [****] No. **4). The work content includes data collection, on-site survey, personnel interviews, and preliminary sampling monitoring. The preliminary investigation of soil pollution status for this project covers a land area of ******.** square meters, including the **-** plot in the east, Dongda Road in the south, Y8 Road in the west, and Plot 1 in the north.
