簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商采購的方式選取一家合格供應(yīng)商實(shí)施浦東新區(qū)行政事業(yè)單位部分存量房屋委托管理服務(wù)項(xiàng)目服務(wù)工作。本次服務(wù)期限為1年，自****年1月1日起至****年**月**日止。本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次成交供應(yīng)商非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥沙山还?yīng)商按成交價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用，費(fèi)用按成交價(jià)/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through an open competitive negotiation process to undertake the service work for the entrusted management of some existing houses of administrative institutions in Pudong New Area. The service period is one year, starting from January 1, ****, to December **, ****. Before the completion of this procurement process, the original service provider will continue to fulfill the services. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees incurred during this period will be paid by the winning bidder to the original service provider at the contracted price, based on the contracted price divided by **5 multiplied by the service days of the original provider. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the procurement requirements document.)
